I see now that I forgot to post that my web host got their problem fixed. So, YAY! I like it when things work.
And I also want to give a shout out to everyone who came to my open house! Thanks! It all went very well, and my dog Ruby made a perfect greeter (although not always well-behaved since she tried to be taller) and had a great time getting all kinds of attention.
Besides that, I’ve got other good news. You may (or may borrowed a car from a friend for awhile, but I didn’t really drive it–I was afraid something might happen and I’d be responsible not) have known, that my beloved Nissan Truck died the beginning of the year. I had for it. So, I was feeling like a shut-in, trapped in my little tiny house, and it was too cold to hang out in my ArtHouse for a change of scenery. But, as of Friday, I am once again a vehicle owner. And Spring is coming!
More importantly . . . I’ve got two more knitting patterns ready for downloading and knitting up! One is the Reversible Rotating Ridge Hat, which I designed some years back. But, this is the first time it’s been available just as a pattern, without having to buy the kit. It uses 2 different skeins of my Hand-dyed Sport. I still sell them as kits, but don’t have them on my site yet. But, that won’t stop you from putting together your own kit–just pick out 2 skeins of yarn.
The other pattern is Lacy Flower Tam–it’s brand-spanking new, and is made out of 1 skein of my Superwash Merino Minis. It can also be made out my Hand-dyed Sport Wool, and will be lacier (and a looser knit) since it’s a thinner yarn.
I’ve got some more tricks (and designs) up my sleeve . . . so stay tuned!
