I got back from teaching at Art & Soul in Hampton, VA Tuesday night, and had decided I needed to take some time off. Today was that day! (and maybe tomorrow will be too). I worked in my neglected journal and the above is what I did. I also finished a spread (below) that I had started as a demo while teaching “Confessions of a Daily Journaler” at Art & Soul. Before I did either of those, I finished carving a big stamp that I had started as a demo in my “Mucho Gusto Grande Carving” class at some other art conference. I’ll post that image next. I have lots to catch up with here, but it’s time for dinner. More later!

hi Traci – I thoroughly enjoyed my classes with you in Hampton – hope you are resting up – I’ve been delighting myself by cutting new stamps and I am in love with the uber portrait – thank you for your dedicated and inspired teaching – wishing you well…

Hi EB,
So glad you enjoyed my classes! I’m always inspired to do more art when I get back from teaching. I’ve been carving new stamps too!
