I’ve now got an author profile on amazon.com! And, the cover of my book has also been updated. I wanted some changes made to the original design to show more of what the book was about. I suggested they add the top and bottom strips of some prints, and they did! I think it looks great. It’s too bad they don’t show the back cover as well, because it’s really cool. The back shows the actual stamps that I made to stamp the letters to spell “lab”, so the back is somewhat of a reverse of the front–well at least with the letters “lab”. The rest of it isn’t. I guess you’ll just have to wait until you get your copy to see!
I probably should clarify – I added my profile. But, I was able to add it because, um, I’m an author with a book on amazon. I still can’t believe it sometimes. Last week I sent back the final set of proofs with corrections!
I really like the new and improved cover on the book – it was too plain before, now it pops!! Looking forward to having it in my paint smudged hands…
Thanks Jane, I like it too! Wait until you see the back, it's fabulous. I was really happy they took my suggestions (with some gentle prodding and pleading). I think it conveys better what the inside of the book is about. I can't wait to have it in my hands either!
