Patterns Available for Download!

I’m breaking my knitting needles patting myself on the back. First after a month and a half of being chained to my laptop, I got my website up and running with a snazzy shopping cart, and now I figured out how to have patterns available for download. Now that I got this one figured out and up there, I’ll be adding more! Here’s the blurb for the vest, because I know you want to know . . .

This knit vest with simple shaping is easy enough for a beginner. Worked on size 13 needles using my lovely thick-and-thin Hand-dyed Scandia wool yarn. It is worked in one piece to underarms, then divided for fronts and back. No seaming! The shoulders are worked together using a 3-needle bind-off, which is explained in the pattern.

You can download the pattern as a pdf file. And, you can buy the yarn to knit it! One-stop-shopping! I’m feeling a little slap happy because I worked on it until 3am, slept about 4 hours, and then got up and went right back at it. Ruby was not happy with me because I only took her for 2 walks today because I was so “focused”. In fact, she’s wanting me to walk her right now. But at 10:30pm, I have to just say no. That’s what doggie doors are for.

Anyway, here’s more info on the Scandia Vest Pattern, and while you are at it, you can check out the Scandia Yarn!
