Burnt Amber is a range of dark to light golds and browns with bits of black.

This unique yarn is a soft blend of 65% Wool/22% Nylon/13% Acrylic in bulky weight. It’s a combination of a single-ply thick and thin yarn that resembles handspun, with stitching from a serger, attaching to the yarn at varying intervals. It’s soft enough to be worn next to the skin. If you are interested in felting, the wool yarn will felt, but the stitching won’t, which will create very interesting effects. Works great for knitting, crochet, or weaving, and is available in many rich colors. Skeins even from the same dye lot will vary because they are hand-dyed. I hand-dye the yarn with professional acid dyes that are colorfast and washfast. Each skein is approx 1-3/4 oz. and 55 yds. 12 sts & 17 rows = 4″ in St st on #11US/8mm needle.
