The Art Journal Workshop
Q. I have “The Art Journal Workshop”, and I can’t get the DVD to play.
A. First, try playing it in a computer instead of a DVD player (for a television). And, make sure your computer is capable of reading DVDs. (If it’s an old computer, it might only be able to read CDs.) If that doesn’t solve it for you, you should be able to play it after downloading The VLC Media Player software from this link: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
Q. Can I return something that I bought from you?
A. I definitely want you to be happy with your purchase, and I want you to feel comfortable ordering from me. Whether or not it can be returned depends on what it is, but most items can be. Click here to read my full return policy.
Q. Will you mount the rubber stamps for me for a fee?
A. No, sorry. But, I do have the supplies so that you can mount them yourself, either on wood blocks or on rubber stamp mounting foam. I also have a tutorial that shows how to mount them on wooden blocks, and it even has a video. This page has a simple video that shows how to mount them on rubber stamp mounting foam.
Q. Can I use the double-stick cushion you sell to mount the stamps on acrylic blocks?
A. If you want to permanently mount the stamps onto acrylic blocks, then you can use my double stick cushion. But if you only want to temporarily mount them, then no. If you don’t have what’s called cling cushion for temporarily mounting them, then you can use removable double-stick tape.
Q. What is your policy for using your rubber stamps? Can I sell things I have stamped with your stamps?
Q. If I order something, how fast will it be shipped & what are the shipping rates?
A. I try to ship orders out Mondays (but I do sometimes get a little behind, being that I am a one-woman operation and all). If you need something by a specific date, please let me know! If you pay by e-check, I will wait until the check clears before shipping. Shipping fees are based on total dollar amount of orders before any discounts. Most orders are shipped via USPS. Click here for shipping rates.
Q. What kind of packaging do you use?
A. I believe in recycling and therefore reuse padded envelopes and boxes as often as possible. They don’t look as pretty, but they are better on the Earth. So, please keep in mind when you receive your order that there’s a good chance the packaging has been reused. And I encourage you to reuse it again too!
