Superwash Merino
It’s very soft, colors are intense, and it spins like a dream. I hand-dye the fiber with professional acid dyes that are colorfast and washfast. Superwash means the scales from the wool fibers have been chemically removed so that the fiber won’t felt. That means it’s machine washable and dryable with no felting. Great for kids’ garments or socks since it’s machine washable and dryable! Each hank is approx 4 oz of superwashalicious goodness.
When spinning superwash fiber, it’s a little slick since there are no scales, so it needs more twist than non-superwash fiber.
