For Jan-March Yarn Club Only! Order will be cancelled for non-members. This soft, single-ply yarn is 100% wool. It’s great for a variety of projects and the wool is soft enough that it can be worn next to the skin. Works great for knitting, crochet, or weaving, and is available in many rich colors. It can even be felted. Hand wash. Skeins even from the same dye lot will vary because they are hand-dyed. I hand-dye the yarn with professional acid dyes that are colorfast and washfast. Each skein is approx 4 oz. and 180 yds.

Downtown Carousel is a wide range of purples, blues and pinks with bits of golds and greens. This yarn has a blue base, making the colors jewel tones. The colors in it reminded me of the colors of the horses on a little coin-operated carousel in my downtown.
