I’m almost done. It’s amazing how long this is taking. Tonight I added color to everything that was doodled, and I spent about an hour and a half on it. I wanted to finish tonight, but I need to get to bed. It’s after 1am, and tomorrow I’m showing my work at the Final Fridays gallery crawl. A glorious array of colour and pattern! What kind of paper is used here? Looks like watercolour..is that right?
Thanks Els! I’m working in a Strathmore Visual Journal–the one for mixed-media. So it’s not really watercolor paper, but watercolor works great on it. It has a smooth surface. I talked about it here when I started using it: http://www.tracibunkers.com/blog/2011/12/30-days-of-drawing-12-15-11.html
