Some friends invited me over for dinner & movie before I did any art today. So I took my sketchbook, Koi watercolor set and bag of pencils & markers with me to get my art on over there. I drew my shoes on their carpet while we watched a movie. I’m keeping this short because I just got home, and it’s late!

Cute shoes! I love that you’re taking your watercolors with you where ever you go! You’ve inspired me to do that too… heaven help us! LOL!

I need to work on simple drawings and using my watercolours like that, sometimes I get so caught up in the layers and the texutres, I think it would be nice to art the simple way. Less is more maybe?

Traci, I’m really loving your watercolor sketches! makes me itchy to get mine out again! It only seems to happen in the summer, I don’t have any time during the other 3 seasons!
